When it comes to teas and herbal infusions, well, the options are endless. I was talking to one of my regular customers today about the reason why we have so many variations of teas in our cabinates, we concluded that our bodies ask (or need) different things and so we alternate what we drink based on what hear our bodies asking for. Of course we have our favorite go to, the one tea we start our day with. Finding your perfect cup of tea is a very personal and fun journey.
I recommend a few steps:
1. Make a list of the things your palate absolutely hates, for some people it is mint, others clove, you get the idea, then stay away from any tea that has that ingredient.
2. Understand your wellness goal or reason for turning to tea, for some people it is detoxing, or weightloss, or pain management, etc.
3. Buy "try me" sizes, most tea resellers don't offer this, we do (www.shopteasandmore.com), because I don't want you to be stuck with ounces of tea you hate. Try me sizes are a great way to experiment.
4. Follow the tea preparations closely, grab a notebook or the tea menu (so you can make notes on what loved and what you did not). Now you are ready to start your quest.
5. Sit back and enjoy every sip.
