Shipping Policy
Your precious tea will be on its way soon. Items are typically shipped within 24-36 hours of placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Hardgoods may be returned within 14 business days for a credit or exchange. However, purchaser must cover return shipping costs. Due to FDA Safety regulations Teas and any other edible items cannot be returned under any circumstances. If you are not sure which teas suits you best, please give us a call and we will do our best to guide you into making the best decision according to your preferences.
